🧭 HOW YOU CAN SERVE​

• We offer multiple ways to be involved with the organization!

• 🚒 Firefighter

  • Respond to fires, rescues, and emergencies​

  • Train regularly in fireground operations

• 🛠️ Support Member

  • ​Help with operations, logistics, and fundraising events​

  • No emergency response required.

• There is a role for everyone!

⏱️ WHAT’S EXPECTED

• We understand you have a job, family, and responsibilities.

• General Expectations:

  • Respond to 25% of emergency responses. ​(firefighters)

  • Attend 50% of business meetings and trainings. (firefighters)

  • Participate in department fundraisers and public relations events.

​

• Located just 15–20 minutes from Brenham, our department responds to a wide range of emergencies across the area.

📝 HOW TO JOIN (SIMPLIFIED PROCESS)

• ​Step 1: Submit Interest Form

  • Tell us a little about yourself!

• Step 2: Meet the team

  • Attend a business meeting and introduce yourself

  • We will walk you through expectations and answer questions

    • Obtain certifications that are required during the probationary period​

• Step 3: Get Started

  • After 90 days, you will be voted into the department.

  • Begin additional training and be integrated into the department. 

• No complicated process. No prior experience required.​​
