🔥🚒 Calling All Businesses & Community Supporters! 🚒🔥

The Chappell Hill Volunteer Fire Department is proud to announce our 22nd Annual BBQ Cook-Off & Fundraiser, taking place May 8–9 at the Washington County Expo Grounds in Brenham, Texas.


This annual event has become a community tradition, bringing together families, local businesses, and supporters for great food, friendly competition, and an important cause — supporting your local volunteer firefighters.


Why Your Support Matters

All funds raised through this event go directly toward:

  • Fire and rescue equipment

  • Training and certification programs

  • Vehicle and apparatus maintenance

  • Emergency response readiness

  • Community safety initiatives

As a volunteer department, we rely heavily on community partnerships to continue providing high-quality emergency services to the homes, farms, and businesses we serve.


Sponsorship Opportunities

We offer multiple sponsorship levels to fit businesses and individuals of all sizes:

  • $1,000 – Super Golden Sponsor

  • $750 – Golden Sponsor

  • $500 – Super Silver Sponsor

  • $400 – Silver Sponsor

  • $300 – Super Bronze Sponsor

  • $200 – Bronze Sponsor

All sponsors receive recognition throughout the event, including announcements during the cook-off and promotion within the community.


Important Sponsorship Deadlines

To ensure proper recognition, please note the following deadlines:

  • March 1st at 5:00 PM — Deadline to have your name listed on raffle tickets

  • April 28th at 12:00 PM — Final deadline to become an event sponsor


All sponsorships received after March 1st at 5:00 PM will be placed on a banner that will be at the event.


Early confirmation helps us plan effectively and maximize sponsor visibility.
